1. What’s the shipping cost of my order?
Spain (orders over 99,80€): free
Spain (orders below 99,80€): €5.90
Islands and the rest of Europe: 9,90€
America and Asia: 19,90€
2. What’s the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time for your order may change beyond our control and capacity to intervene, however, these are the estimate delivery times:
PORTUGAL: 1 to 2 business days
SPAIN: 2 to 3 business days
REST OF EUROPE: 3 to 4 business days
AMERICA AND ASIA (except EU): 4-5 business days
3. Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address in one of the countries to which we ship, you just need to fill in correctly the information regarding the delivery address.
4. Can I choose the day and time for receiving my order?
No, delivery times are managed by CTT and we can only guarantee you an estimate of the delivery day. Make sure that someone is present at the delivery address you choose to receive your order.
5. Can I change the shipping address after my order has been shipped?
No, once your order is shipped you can no longer change the shipping address.
6. What happens if there is no one at the address when my order is delivered?
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to the recipient’s absence, you will be contacted by us in order to schedule a new delivery.
7. What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
When you place your order, make sure that someone will be at the delivery address, considering the estimated time of arrival. However, if you don’t receive your order on time, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can reschedule the delivery to an address of your choice.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
1. Can I exchange the order I received?
Yes, you can exchange your order up to 14 days after the date of the shipping, as long as the exchange is by size or for an item of higher value, and as long as the item maintains its original characteristics and doesn’t show signs of use.

Yes, you can return your order up to 14 days after the date of the shipping, as long as the item maintains its original characteristics and doesn’t show signs of use.
We do not accept returns for items purchased on promotion.
3. How should I proceed to make an exchange or a return?
If you would like to exchange or return your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received your order in Portugal and Spain, after our feedback, just deliver the item for exchange or return at a CTT point, inside the original box and don’t forget to stick on the outside the Easy Return label we sent you.
4. What’s the cost of an exchange or a return?
If your order is delivered to Portugal or Spain, the exchange or return is free (you receive an Easy Return label), as well as the shipping of the new item (in case of exchange).
In other countries, the shipping costs are not refundable and the shipping costs of the new item are charged to the customer.
In case of exchange of items purchased on promotion, the shipping costs of the new item are imputed to the customer.
5. When and how do I receive the refund for my return?
Your order will be refunded using the same payment method you used when making the purchase, with the exception of payments made by MB (in this case we will request your IBAN).
